Our products are made in France, Morocco, Lebanon, Egypt…where our creators and artisans are based!
What are our commitments?

We ensure the origin of the products and the consistency between the values with which the brand communicates and what it achieves. The products on our platform are of high quality: the choice of raw materials is done with great care, and the products are for the most part made in an artisanal manner.
Know-how and working conditions are essential for us and are decisive in our choices of collaboration.
Is it possible to make a specific request?
Yes of course ! Several products are already customizable and can be subject to specific requests. For Moroccan craft products, make your wishes and we will do our best to make it happen: rugs, decorative objects or even a traditional outfit!
Which delivery areas are covered?
We ship worldwide ! That said, fees may apply depending on the destination.
What are the delivery methods and times?
For France, we deliver with Colissimo, La Poste. Delivery times are approximately 3 working days. When the product comes from Lebanon or another country it may take a little longer. The designer prepares their order and shipping is usually done with FedEx.
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs correspond to the cost of shipping your order. They are free for all purchases over 60 euros in France.
Do I pay customs taxes?
If you are outside the EU, taxes may apply when importing your order. The amount of taxes depends on the agreements between the country where you are located and the country from which the products will be shipped.
Do not hesitate to ask us if you have any doubts about this.
How do I modify or cancel my order?
Just contact us on the box available on the eshop! It will then be modified or canceled without problem!
How can I track my order?
When the order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number allowing you to follow it! And we remain at your disposal during this time for any questions!
What payment methods are available?
We have introduced the possibility of payment in several installments free of charge with our partner Scalapay! Otherwise you can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), and Paypal
Is the payment secure?
Transactions are entirely processed by our secure payment modules: Stripe, Paypal or Scalapay.
Do you offer gift cards?
To take care of your loved ones, you can offer a gift card in the amount of €30, 50, 100 valid for one year (from the date of purchase). This card cannot be purchased with another gift card, or with a promo code.
This card can be canceled and refunded within 14 days from the date of purchase!
To use it, simply add the code received by email in the “Gift card or promo code” field when validating the basket.
The e-gift card can be used several times and can be combined with another payment method and a promo code!
If the person using it wishes to make a return or exchange, the amount used will automatically be credited back to their gift card page.
Is it possible to change or return a product?
Yes of course! From receipt of the product, you have 14 days to change or return the product, you just need to notify us on time! To proceed with a refund, the returned product must be neither damaged nor worn.
